Floreant Reports daily sales dashboard: sales overview cards, payment breakdown and dine-in versus takeout charts; figures blurred

North End Pizza Pub: ads, orders and reporting in one loop

We run the pub’s Facebook ads, and we built Floreant Reports, a custom reporting system on top of the open-source Floreant POS it runs on. Daily, weekly and monthly sales, payment mix, dine-in versus takeout, item trends, year over year and sales by hour, so we can see what the ads actually bring in.

About

Who you’ll work with

Sixeed is a software and marketing studio with more than 20 years of building websites, apps and the tools marketing and sales teams run on. Our team’s experience includes building and running Cloudbeds’ corporate website and sales tools.

We build and market things the way an owner would: measured, practical and accountable for what the spend brings back. You work directly with the senior people doing the work: no account managers, no handoffs. We’re based in Murrieta, California, and work with clients anywhere.

Fixes / Integration diagnostic

A failing handoff needs a diagnosis, not a guess.

For an operator or product owner whose integration, feature or workflow is not doing what it should.

The first milestone

  • Reproduce the symptom where safely possible.
  • Document findings, access constraints and operational risk.
  • Provide a repair plan and implementation scope.

What we need to understand

The affected systems, what you expected, what happens instead and whether operations are blocked. Do not send credentials or customer records.

Diagnosis does not promise an immediate fix. Implementation is agreed separately unless it is already safely bounded. No emergency coverage is implied.

Automation / One-workflow pilot

Take one repetitive task out of the working day.

For a team copying, reconciling or routing the same information between systems.

The first milestone

  • Map one agreed input-to-output workflow.
  • Define permissions, exceptions and human approvals.
  • Test the pilot and document operation and handover.

What we need to understand

The repeat task, the tools involved, how often it happens and which decisions need a person. Begin with dummy or staging data where possible.

Our workflow illustration is not a deployed customer automation. No time-saving result is claimed.

Software / Website, web app or internal tool

Turn a defined need into something you can use.

For a founder, product owner or team that needs a website, a feature, an internal tool or a first product milestone.

The first milestone

  • Agree the user outcome and technical constraints.
  • Build a bounded site, feature or tool with acceptance checks.
  • Review the result and hand over agreed materials.

What we need to understand

Whether this is an existing or new product, what you need, and any known stack or dependencies. You do not need a complete specification to inquire.

Ambiguous projects may need paid discovery first. An entire product, ongoing maintenance and unlimited changes are not included by default.

AI video / Promotional asset

A specific message. An agreed creative asset.

A product clip, promotional asset or social-format video, starting with the audience and channel.

A possible first milestone

  • Agree the brief, script or storyboard direction.
  • Define length, formats, versions and review limits.
  • Confirm asset permissions and production feasibility.

Samples: in preparation

AI promotional samples are not published here yet. The Sixeed brand motion is an original motion study, not an AI client campaign. For an original virtual character or spokesperson, see original characters.

An inquiry starts a fit discussion, not a production commitment. Production, usage rights and revisions are agreed once relevant samples and capacity are reviewed.

← All services

AI video / Original character

Explore an original identity. Not someone else’s likeness.

A consistent, clearly virtual character or spokesperson for one approved test scene and a defined communication goal.

A possible first milestone

  • Define an original identity, style and voice direction.
  • Agree one test-scene objective and review process.
  • Confirm permissions, disclosure and continuity requirements.

Samples: in preparation

No finished spokesperson sample is published here. Continuity, voice and production capacity are reviewed before any production commitment.

No real-person imitation, existing audience, follower growth or sales guarantee. Ongoing content is a later, separately scoped engagement.

FAQ

Questions before you start

What kinds of projects do you take?

Company websites, web apps, internal tools, marketing and sales tools, CRM and lead-flow integrations, AI automations, Google and Facebook ads, and fixes to things that are broken. AI video is available as an add-on.

How is a project priced?

After your brief we agree a written scope and fee for a first milestone before any work starts. Ambiguous projects may start with a short paid discovery step.

Do you manage ads and websites on an ongoing basis?

Yes. We manage Google and Facebook ad campaigns for a flat monthly fee, and you pay the ad platforms directly for spend. We also keep websites we build up to date and running.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most projects start with one feature, one workflow, one fix or one site, with a shared definition of done.

Who will I work with?

The senior people who build your project. The people you brief are the people who do the work, with no account managers in between.

Can you fix something someone else built?

Often, yes. We start by reproducing the problem and documenting what we find, then agree a repair plan. Initial intake needs public context, not production access.

How do you use AI, and is my data safe?

AI is a tool inside workflows we design, with a person approving the steps that matter. Access to your systems or data is agreed explicitly and kept to what the work needs.

How are changes handled?

The scope sets review rounds, acceptance checks and handover. Extra features or changes are agreed explicitly, so the fee and timeline stay clear.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

Your inquiry gets a reference number. We review it and reply by email to clarify scope. Sending it doesn’t book a meeting, take payment or reserve a delivery slot.
